New update for the Picture Mosaic program!

I updated the algorithm for selecting the proper image to use for a square. It still needs some work, but it is a lot closer to getting done. You need to use about 100 or more photos of different colors, like a mostly white image, black, blue, green, red, to get the best results. Once I get the output to be exactly the way I want it I will start adding better bells and whistles. I also fixed a bug. If the photo had a close to prime number size, it would cause issues with the image painting. Let me know if you have any issues by sending in a bug report. You can submit a bug report by registering with this site. I will not use any of your information, outside of contacting you if I need more information. I don't have the money to purchase the code signing certificate for my program. This means when you download, you are going to get a bunch of warning messages about an unknown publisher. Don't worry about it, just go ahead and click more information and then click run anyway. Here is a good article on this issue. https://robindotnet.wordpress.com/2013/02/24/windows-8-and-clickonce-the-definitive-answer-2/

Thank you,
